I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, a specialist in Clinical Psychology, and a licensed Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am also a Certified Advanced Level MCT Therapist through the MCT Institute—one of only a small number of therapists in Sweden with this qualification.
I have worked as a clinical psychologist for more than 25 years.

Alongside my private practice, I provide supervision on university courses in psychological therapy and work as a clinical supervisor within psychiatry, primary care and related healthcare settings. I am also a supervisor on the MCT Institute's Masterclass in MCT, the only certification programme in Metacognitive Therapy.
