Clinical supervision
Never stop developing as a therapist.
Clinical supervision is an important part of maintaining high professional standards, that not only strengthens your therapeutic skills and clinical expertise but also supports your commitment and wellbeing as a therapist. In supervision, we work on all aspects of clinical practice, from assessment and treatment planning, to interventions and monitoring treatment outcomes. Supervision is always tailored to your individual needs, whether delivered one-to-one or in a group setting.
“I have engaged Erling as a supervisor many times going back to 2019, and I still don’t know a more knowledgable, funnier, or more pedagogical psychologist. Always up-to-date on the literature, always structured, and always evidence-based. I can highly recommend working with Erling, whether as a client, a student, or workshop leader.”

Accredited Psychotherapy Supervisor
I have completed formal training in clinical supervision at Lund University and have many years of experience providing CBT supervision in both academic and clinical settings across the full spectrum of psychological therapy. Receiving clinical supervision from an accredited supervisor is also essential if you plan to apply for the Swedish postgraduate programme in psychotherapy (Psykoterapeututbildningen), as formal supervisor accreditation is a requirement for supervision to be recognised as part of your application.
I offer supervision both at my practice in Lund and on-site at your workplace throughout most of Skåne. If you are based elsewhere in Sweden, I also provide supervision online.
